Skip the sweaty and go straight to the sweet in this gentle, meditative class. Soothing and restorative, it melds several types of yoga (yin, restorative, slow flow vinyasa) in a complimentary way to help you channel quiet and calm in your body. But don't worry, you'll be taught everything you need to know in this one hour session! Class will begin by passively holding poses with the support of props (blankets, blocks, and bolsters) to promote increased energy flow, balance, and the quieting of a busy mind, and will conclude with a slow flow vinyasa practice and more restorative poses to prepare your body for a blissful savasana. Expect to leave feeling restored and renewed, whilst also getting the blood flowing!
