This Saturday morning session will include a 45 minute high intensity Pilates based workout, plus a 15 minute nutrition talk at the end. This routine will:
• Increase heart rate = cardiovascular benefits
• Increase calories burnt – the fat burn!
• Improve Functionality – a wide variety of motions in multiple directions
• Improve bone health – bone density increase due to weight bearing
• Release endorphins – feel good hormones!
Due to the dynamic nature of these classes, these are suitable for those who are injury free especially in the knees, hips and shoulders, with no heart or high blood pressure issues.
